Meet Larry Laughter
Hi, I’m Larry Laughter — and if you mispronounced my last name the first time we met, you’re in good company.
I’m a photographer, videographer, and the founder of Next Agent Up, a real estate–focused marketing company built on one core belief: your face is your brand. I’ve been behind the camera since 2007, and for more than a decade I’ve helped professionals show up with confidence, clarity, and authenticity in front of it.
I entered the real estate industry in 2019 with a clear goal: to deliver marketing and storytelling that actually moves the needle. Today, that mission goes far beyond photos and videos. It’s about education, community, and creating experiences that bring people together and elevate brands.
In 2025 alone, I completed over 600 individual photo sessions with real estate agents. Not teams. Not brokerages. Agents. That level of volume sharpens the process and ensures every client receives clear direction, efficient execution, and results that translate across social media, listings, and live events.
Through Next Agent Up, I also produce and host workshops, networking experiences, and industry events designed to blend education, exposure, and connection. These aren’t generic meetups. They are curated, high-energy experiences that attract engaged real estate professionals and create meaningful opportunities for builders, developers, and industry partners to connect with the right audience in a real, human way.
Giving back is a core part of what we do. Through events, partnerships, and community initiatives, Next Agent Up has helped raise over $100,000 for mental health awareness over the last five years. This commitment isn’t a side project—it’s woven into the culture of the brand.

What is Next Agent Up?
Next Agent Up is a growing network platform among real estate professionals. While photography is what you see most, Next Agent Up is a platform inviting the real estate community to make a difference with Collaboration Over Competition. We support local charities that shed light on mental health concerns in the real estate industry and beyond. Since 2022, Next Agent Up has donated over 45K to Mental Health of America in an effort to make the world a better place and help someone that may never had an opportunity for help otherwise. In 2024, we will continue this support through social events such as our annual events, The Black Tie and Vegas Nights event series. We will even launch “Approved Vendors” helping you feel secure working with a preferred vendor. Next Agent Up is growing and we would love to have you on board for what we are working on here. What to expect.
A fun photo session capturing your energy, a fast turn around so you can get your marketing refreshed, and access to all of your photos that were taken during your shoot. This means you get the bad ones as well. That is correct—not every shot will be the best, but I don’t want to be the one to decide which photo you like and don’t like. Maybe too honest here: I don’t consider myself to be the best, but I will give you my absolute best.
